Role Description The Team Lead will oversee day-to-day operations for distance education programs, ensuring smooth coordination across academic, administrative, and support teams in an on-site capacity in Noida. This full-time role includes monitoring staff performance, managing workflow, and ensuring timely completion of student-related processes such as admissions, counseling, and query resolution. The Team Lead will collaborate with faculty and internal stakeholders to maintain high service standards, address escalations, and identify opportunities for process improvement. The role also involves reporting key metrics, mentoring team members, and supporting the implementation of new initiatives aligned with institutional goals.
Qualifications
Strong team leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding and mentoring staff in an operational or academic support environment.
Proficiency in coordination and process management, including workflow planning, task delegation, and performance tracking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with students, faculty, and cross-functional teams.
Comfort with using digital tools and platforms for distance education, student support, and reporting.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on service quality and continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a postgraduate qualification in management, education, or a related field is an advantage.
Prior experience in education, training, academic operations, or student services is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Noida and manage full-time responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
