Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to manage, monitor, and troubleshoot the organization's network infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for handling network incidents, performing configuration changes, ensuring network availability, and supporting business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and network security infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network-related incidents and service requests.
• Configure and manage switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless controllers.
• Support VLANs, STP, routing protocols, VPNs, and network security policies.
• Perform network performance analysis and capacity planning.
• Coordinate with L1 and L3 teams for issue resolution and escalations.
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
• Participate in network upgrades, patching, and implementation activities.
• Ensure adherence to IT security and compliance requirements.
Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, STP, and routing.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, HP, Aruba, Fortinet, or similar networking devices.
• Experience in firewall and VPN configuration.
• Understanding of network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Knowledge of network security best practices.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• CCNA certification preferred; CCNP is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of experience in network administration and support.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
