HIRING: ACCOUNTANT
Location: Mahalaxmi, Mumbai
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000/month
Experience: 2–3 Years
Full-time | Immediate Joiners Preferred
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for an experienced Accountant with strong hands-on knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, reconciliations and Advanced Excel.
Candidates with only basic accounting or data-entry experience will not be considered.
Mandatory Skills
* Advanced MS Excel – Mandatory
* GST & TDS – Calculation, reconciliation and filing support
* P&L Preparation
* Bank & Ledger Reconciliation
* Accounts Payable & Receivable
* Purchase, Sales, Expense & Journal Entries
* Vendor Reconciliation & Invoice Verification
* Monthly Closing & MIS Reporting
* Accounting software / ERP
* Zoho Books – Preferred
Key Responsibilities
* Handle complete day-to-day accounting activities.
* Prepare and maintain P&L, MIS and financial reports.
* Manage GST & TDS-related accounting and reconciliation.
* Perform bank, cash, vendor and ledger reconciliations.
* Manage AP/AR and verify invoices.
* Maintain accurate books of accounts and supporting documentation.
* Assist with audits, month-end closing and statutory requirements.
Qualification
B.Com / M.Com preferred
Please Note
We are specifically looking for candidates with hands-on accounting experience, not candidates whose experience is limited to billing, data entry, basic bookkeeping or administrative accounts support.
