Key Result Areas for the Role:
· Achievement of Sales Targets as per the Business Plan
· Monitor the margins and focus on achievement of better margins for the company
· Explore avenues for new leads creation and increasing the market presence
· Follow up on collections and ensure on time receipts
Roles and Responsibilities:
Sales Related
· Responsible for Sales lead generation.
· Prepare Sales Budget and submit the same to the Reporting Authority for approval.
· Preparing quotation and getting the orders with optimum profits to our company, which are matching the customer requirement.
Client Interactions
· Meeting with existing clients’ for new enquiry generation
· Giving customized solutions based on client’s requirements
· Maintaining good relationship with existing clients and strive for retaining the client base.
· Strategize on ways of creating new leads in new routes
Market Research
· Analyse market trends, customers’ needs and competitive offerings and convincing clients.
· Conducting market survey to identify the potential client base for generating new business opportunities.
Collections Related
· Ensure collection of dues from customers as per payment schedule
· Follow up on all outstanding collections and all necessary client servicing functions in coordination with back-office department
