Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Onboarding Specialist role based in Bhopal. The Onboarding Specialist will guide new clients through the setup process on Nextdeal’s platform, ensuring a smooth and timely transition from initial sign-up to active use. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting onboarding calls and demonstrations, configuring accounts, addressing client questions, and documenting key onboarding steps. The role involves collaborating with sales, product, and support teams to resolve issues, gather feedback, and improve onboarding workflows. The Onboarding Specialist will monitor onboarding metrics, follow up with clients to encourage platform adoption, and provide clear guidance on best practices.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive, professional relationships with diverse clients.
Experience in customer onboarding or client onboarding, preferably in a tech or marketplace environment.
Solid communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
Analytical skills to understand client needs, interpret usage data, and identify process improvements.
Comfort with technology platforms and willingness to learn new tools and features quickly.
Attention to detail, organized work habits, and the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects at once.
Prior experience in real estate, SaaS, or customer success is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
