Role Description The Onboarding Specialist internship at Nextdeal is an on-site role based in Bhopal. Interns will support new clients and users in setting up their accounts, navigating the platform, and understanding core features powered by AI. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding customers through onboarding steps, answering platform-related queries, gathering feedback on the onboarding experience, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, preparing simple onboarding materials or FAQs, and ensuring a smooth transition from initial signup to active usage. This internship offers exposure to real estate technology, customer success, and product improvement processes.

Currently pursuing or having recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Bhopal, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
