Backend Engineer responsible for building the core systems behind an AI operating system for supply chain operations. The role involves building backend services using Java 17+, Spring, Hibernate, and related technologies, while owning systems from idea to design to production to learning.
🧩 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼
Build backend services using Java 17+, Spring, Hibernate, and related technologies.
Work on web application development, cloud infrastructure, databases, messaging systems, caching systems, reliability, observability, and production support for AI used by large enterprise customers.
Own meaningful parts of the backend from idea to design to production to learning.
Build systems that survive production and take ownership beyond just writing code.
Work directly with the CTO to build the core systems behind the product.
Work with PostgreSQL, PgVector, Redis, Kafka, RocketMQ, or similar systems.
Build reliable, maintainable, secure, and easy to debug systems.
Experiment, iterate, and translate fast moving AI capabilities into reliable product outcomes.
✅ 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁 𝗜𝗳 𝗬𝗼𝘂
4-12 years of backend engineering experience.
Strong hands on experience with Java 17 or above.
Good experience with Spring, Hibernate, and backend application development.
Experience designing, building, deploying, and supporting production grade systems.
Hands on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Comfort working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
