Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and vigilant Proctoring Executives to oversee and manage online examination sessions. The ideal candidate will ensure exam integrity by monitoring candidates, preventing malpractice, and providing technical or procedural assistance during live test sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitoring : Monitor live and recorded online assessments through proctoring tools and platforms.
• Malpractice Detection: Identify and report suspicious behaviour or potential cheating.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of exam sessions, including incidents and technical issues.
• Communication: Interact professionally with candidates, enforce exam rules, and provide guidance calmly.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, client requirements, and data privacy regulations.
Employment Details:
• Number of working days: 6 days a week

• Laptop: Will be provided by the organisation along with broadband expenses

Preferred Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s / Master's degree
• Basic knowledge of computers, spoken and written English
• Strong observational, communication, and multitasking skills
