RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATES - Luxury Streetwear

An international streetwear brand is building its retail team for an upcoming store at DLF Malls, Delhi.
We’re looking for confident, stylish and energetic individuals who have previous retail sales experience with luxury fashion brands. You should understand what it takes to deliver a premium shopping experience—from welcoming and understanding customers to styling them, recommending the right products and building lasting relationships.
The ideal candidate should have:
• Previous retail sales experience with a luxury fashion brand
• Strong communication, interpersonal and selling skills
• Experience working with individual and store sales targets
• The confidence to approach, engage and assist different customers
• The ability to understand personal style and recommend suitable products
• A genuine interest in fashion, luxury, streetwear and youth culture
• A smart, well-presented and outgoing personality
• A strong understanding of premium customer service
• The ability to maintain product knowledge and communicate the brand story
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work well within a team
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and rotational shifts
