Project Role Description : Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Good to have skills : Apache NiFi

Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, your day involves delivering expert consultation on business and system integration to support clients in deploying efficient and effective solutions. You engage deeply with clients to comprehend their needs and translate these into practical business and technology strategies. Your role includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, guiding the customer journey, and shaping functional and application designs. You ensure that the technology and business solutions you help develop accurately reflect the client s requirements, fostering seamless integration and enhanced operational outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align integration strategies with business goals.
Assist in documenting integration processes and best practices to support knowledge sharing.
Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise.
Continuously monitor and evaluate integration solutions to identify areas for improvement.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache Kafka.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with Apache NiFi.
Strong understanding of event streaming and real-time data processing concepts.
Experience in designing and implementing scalable integration solutions.
Familiarity with message brokering and distributed systems architecture.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize integration workflows for performance and reliability.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Apache Kafka.
This position is based at our Chennai office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
