Project Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, Project Manager role based in Rajkot. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project planning, scheduling, design coordination and execution for real estate and construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with expeditors, contractors, vendors, and internal teams; monitoring material procurement and logistics; and ensuring inspections and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The role involves tracking project progress, resolving operational issues, preparing status reports, and communicating updates to stakeholders. The Project Manager will also contribute to continuous improvement of project processes and help maintain strong professional relationships aligned with the group’s values.
Qualifications
Strong project management skills, including Project Management, scheduling, and coordination.
Knowledge of Inspection processes and quality control within construction or real estate projects.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
Proven experience managing construction or real estate projects, preferably in a similar regional market.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools, AutoCad and MS Office; familiarity with construction management software is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site, make timely decisions, and handle multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
Ability to study, vet and coordinate project related drawings.
