Role Description The Human Resources Business Partner at Foxscan is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role is responsible for partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, including workforce planning, talent development, and performance management. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing HR policies and processes, overseeing employee relations, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and advising managers on labor and employment law compliance. The HR Business Partner will also facilitate performance reviews, support employee engagement initiatives, and collaborate with leadership to maintain a fair, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies skills, with experience implementing and improving HR frameworks.
Candidates should possess solid Employee Relations skills, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and advisory support to managers.
Candidates should possess a working knowledge of Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliant and ethical HR practices.
Candidates should possess Performance Management skills, including goal setting, feedback processes, and performance review facilitation.
Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and prior experience in an HR Business Partner or generalist role.
Additional beneficial skills include strong communication and interpersonal abilities, analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency with HRIS tools, and experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations.
