Role Description The Human Resources Intern role at Foxscan is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. The intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. Responsibilities include helping implement HR policies, supporting onboarding and induction processes, and maintaining accurate personnel documentation. The intern will also assist with employee benefits administration, HR data entry, and preparation of basic HR reports. This role provides exposure to core HR functions in a growing diagnostics practice and offers opportunities to learn from experienced HR and operations professionals.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing practical HR skills.
Ability to understand and support the implementation of HR Policies and basic Personnel Management practices.
Awareness of Employee Benefits concepts and willingness to assist with related documentation and queries.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools.
Ability to work on-site in Pune City, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
