About Netenrich
Netenrich is redefining security operations with our Resolution Intelligence Cloud™. We help organizations "Automate the Known and Discover the Unknown." We are moving beyond traditional MDR to deliver Cyber Risk Operations for the world’s leading enterprises. As we aggressively expand our branding and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts in the US and India, we need a technical expert to own our digital web presence.
Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled HubSpot CMS Developer to take full ownership of the Netenrich website and marketing assets. You will bridge the gap between creative marketing strategies and technical execution. Your primary goal is to build high-converting webpages, optimize site architecture for SEO/AI Search, and ensure a seamless user experience for our target audience of CISOs and Security VPs.
Key Responsibilities
1. HubSpot Architecture & Front-End Development
Design to Code: Rapidly convert AI mockups, Figma designs, or raw HTML/CSS into fully functional, responsive HubSpot templates and pages.
Custom Development: Build and maintain custom themes and drag-and-drop modules using HubL, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (Vanilla/jQuery).
Advanced UI Features: Develop dynamic Table of Contents modules for long-form content and implement smooth animations (CSS/JS) to enhance the visual experience.
Interactive Tools: Use HubSpot Serverless Functions (Node.js) or custom JS to build interactive elements like calculators.
2. Site Operations & Data Management
Global Scalability: Architect and manage international multi-language pages, ensuring correct hreflang tags and region-specific content display.
Routine Maintenance: Handle regular website updates, including global header/footer changes, content refreshes, and navigation adjustments.
Environment Management: Manage staging environments for testing updates. Handle version control and QA before pushing changes to production.
Data Integrity: Perform data imports, exports, and migrations. Ensure CRM properties are mapped correctly so form data flows accurately to the sales team.
Global Maintenance: Manage global headers, footers, and navigation. Ensure cross-device & brower compatibility (Mobile, Chrome, Safari,) for a seamless user experience.
3. Performance & Technical SEO
Speed Optimization: Own "Core Web Vitals." Minify scripts, optimize images, and refine code to ensure high Google Page Speed scores.
Structured Data: Implement Schema markup (Organization, Breadcrumb, Article) to improve our visibility in Google and AI Search (ChatGPT/Gemini).
Technical Health: Run regular link audits, fix broken links, manage 301 redirects, and resolve any console errors efficiently.
4. Conversion Optimization (CRO) & TrackingGrowth Tools:
Build and test dynamic CTAs, pop-ups, and lead gen forms. Implement "Smart Content" rules to show personalized content to specific industries.
Analytics Setup: Ensure tracking scripts (Google Analytics 4, LinkedIn Insights, Pixels) fire correctly on all new pages.
Compliance: Manage cookie consent banners and privacy page updates to ensure GDPR/CCPA compliance.
Requirements
Experience: 3+ years of web development, with at least 2 years dedicated to HubSpot CMS.
Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in HubL, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and JavaScript. Knowledge of Node.js for serverless functions is a plus.
CMS Expertise: Deep understanding of HubSpot themes, modules, HubDB, and multi-language site setup.
Data Skills: Experience importing/exporting data and mapping CRM properties.
Optimization: Familiar with responsive design and technical SEO best practices.
