Cisco Unified Communications & Collaboration Engineer

• We are Seeking experienced Unified Communications and Collaboration Engineers with expertise in Webex Calling, CUCM, CUC, IM&P, UCCX, Expressways and CUBE.
• The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills across the Cisco Collaboration Products Portfolio and ecosystem, with the ability to support clients in 24X7 environments.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Unified communications and collaboration domain.
• Able to work independently, troubleshoot and share RCA.
• Experience on Audio Codes, MS Teams, Polycom and SBC will be added advantage.
