Education Centre Manager

Role Description The Education Centre Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the education center and ensuring a high-quality learner experience. This role includes managing schedules and classes, coordinating with faculty and trainers, and monitoring course delivery to align with Zell Education’s standards.
Qualifications
Curriculum Development and Education skills to support course structure, academic planning, and learning outcomes.
Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with learners, faculty, and internal teams.
Training and Coaching skills to guide staff, support educators, and enhance learner performance.
Experience in education management, center administration, or academic operations, preferably in professional or higher education.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, Finance, or a related field; advanced qualifications in education or business are an advantage.
Proven organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and process adherence.
Comfort with technology-enabled learning platforms and basic data/reporting tools.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and collaborate in a dynamic, learner-focused environment.
