Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, performance-driven, and digitally savvy Marketing Associate to be the first marketing hire for our client's NBFC brand. You'll own end-to-end marketing initiatives, collaborate with founders and agency partners, and drive brand growth through digital marketing, content, SEO, performance campaigns, and social media. The ideal candidate combines creativity, analytical thinking, and a startup mindset to build a strong online presence and brand.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement SEO, GEO, and AIO strategies to improve website visibility, traffic, and search rankings.
Enhance user experience (UX) across digital platforms to improve engagement and conversions.
Create, write, and manage high-quality content including blogs, articles, social media content, and ghost-written thought leadership pieces.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels.
Manage and grow the Company’s LinkedIn and Instagram presence through content planning, campaign execution, and audience engagement.
Design marketing creatives, presentations, and brand assets using Adobe tools and Canva.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. · Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness and brand reach.
Take end-to-end ownership of the marketing function and execution roadmap.
Manage and coordinate with external agencies, including SEO and digital partners.
Scale founder thought leadership across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Drive UGC and influencer engagement initiatives.
Create goal-led, education-first content across channels.
Define, track, and report brand marketing metrics and campaign performance.
Skills & Requirements
4 to 7 years of experience in digital marketing or content marketing.
Strong understanding of SEO, GEO, and AI-driven content optimization strategies.
Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and digital engagement practices.
Excellent content writing, editing, and ghost-writing abilities.
Hands-on experience with social media management, especially LinkedIn and Instagram.
Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize performance.
Creative thinker with strong communication and execution skills.
Proficiency in short-form video editing tools.
Strong working knowledge of AI tools for content creation, research, productivity, and marketing automation (mandatory).
Experience in fintech, NBFC, banking, or financial services is preferred.
Startup mindset with the ability to work independently and build processes from scratch.
