About Position:
We are seeking a Principal/Senior Architect to lead enterprise-wide digital transformation and application modernization initiatives. This role will define target-state architectures, drive cloud adoption strategies, and guide engineering teams in building scalable, secure solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Full Stack Engineering, Cloud-Native Architectures, DevOps, and Legacy Modernization.

What You'll Do:
Define and govern enterprise and solution architectures for large-scale digital transformation programs.
Lead modernization of legacy applications through rehosting, replatforming, refactoring, re-architecting, and cloud migration strategies.
Drive adoption of microservices, API-first, event-driven, and cloud-native architecture patterns.
Architect DevOps and DevSecOps platforms, including CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, automation, and observability solutions.
Collaborate with business leaders, product teams, and engineering organizations to translate business goals into scalable technology outcomes.
Provide technical leadership, architecture reviews, solution workshops, and support for transformation proposals and strategic initiatives.
Expertise You'll Bring:
Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, full stack engineering, and large-scale application modernization programs.
Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
Hands-on knowledge of modern development frameworks including React, Angular, Java Spring Boot, .NET Core, Node.js, and Python.
Proven experience designing microservices, event-driven systems, distributed architectures, and API-led integrations.
Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, DevSecOps, security architecture, and governance frameworks.
Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, and communication skills with the ability to influence technical and business leadership.
