We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Data 360 Developer to support the implementation and development of Salesforce Data 360 (formerly Salesforce CDP/Data Cloud) solutions. The candidate will be responsible for configuring and implementing data ingestion, data modeling, transformations, identity resolution, unified customer profiles, calculated insights, segmentation, and data activation.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Data 360/CDP and Salesforce Platform, along with a good understanding of data integration, customer data management, and Salesforce ecosystem capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Data 360 solutions based on business and technical requirements.
Configure and manage Data Streams for ingesting customer data from Salesforce and external systems.
Work with Data Lake Objects (DLOs) and Data Model Objects (DMOs) for effective data storage and modeling.
Perform data mapping, transformation, standardization, and harmonization across multiple data sources.
Configure Identity Resolution, including matching and reconciliation rules, to create unified customer identities.
Develop and maintain Unified Customer Profiles within Data 360.
Configure Calculated Insights to derive customer-level metrics and actionable business insights.
Create and manage Data 360 Segments based on business and customer attributes.
Configure Activation Targets to distribute customer segments and insights to downstream systems and marketing platforms.
Support integration between Salesforce Data 360, Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, and other external systems.
Apply Salesforce Platform knowledge, including Salesforce objects, APIs, SOQL, Apex/Flows where applicable.
Participate in solution design, technical reviews, design reviews, and delivery reviews.
Collaborate with Salesforce architects, developers, data engineers, business analysts, and other stakeholders.
Required SkillsMust Have
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data 360 / Salesforce Data Cloud / Salesforce CDP.
Experience configuring Data Streams and data ingestion.
Strong knowledge of Data Lake Objects (DLO) and Data Model Objects (DMO).
Experience with Data Mapping and Transformations.
Hands-on experience with Identity Resolution.
Experience building Unified Customer Profiles.
Experience with Calculated Insights.
Experience creating and managing Segments.
Experience configuring Activation Targets.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Platform and Salesforce CRM.
Good understanding of APIs and Salesforce integrations.
Understanding of customer data, data modeling, and data integration concepts.
