Role Description The Computer Aided Design (CAD) Drafter is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolhapur. The role involves preparing detailed technical and architectural drawings using CAD software for residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day tasks include translating design concepts into accurate plans, updating drawings based on engineering and architectural feedback, and ensuring that all documentation meets project and regulatory standards. The CAD Drafter will coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams, maintain organized drawing files, and support project planning with clear, precise design documentation.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for creating, modifying, and managing digital drawings.
Candidates should possess skills in Technical Drawing and Engineering Drawings to produce accurate, detailed project documentation.
Candidates should possess skills in Architectural Drawings and Drawing to support building layouts, elevations, and design visualizations.
Proficiency in relevant CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and basic knowledge of building codes and standards.
Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong attention to detail, ability to interpret design specifications, and effective communication with project stakeholders.
Ability to work on-site in Kolhapur, manage multiple drawing assignments, and meet project deadlines.
