Job Description:
Install, configure, and maintain SolarWinds modules:
NPM (Network Performance Monitor)
SAM (Server & Application Monitor)
NCM (Network Configuration Manager)
NetFlow / NTA (Traffic Analyzer)
Perform platform upgrades, patching, and health checks
Manage polling engines, additional pollers, and HA setup
Configure proactive monitoring for servers, network devices, applications
Define custom alerts, thresholds, and escalation policies
Reduce alert noise via tuning and automation
Develop custom dashboards and views for leadership, operations, and NOC teams
Create reports on availability, performance, capacity trends
Enable business service monitoring (BSM) views
Integrate SolarWinds with:
ServiceNow / ITSM tools
Email, SNMP traps, syslog
Develop automation using:
PowerShell / API / scripts
Enable auto-ticketing and event correlation
