What You Will Do
Lead the definition of the product strategy and roadmap to support the organization vision and deliverables. Be the custodian of the strategy and garner support from leadership for initiatives. Convert the strategy into a roadmap for market dominance, moat and individual product strategy, counter competitive narrative and respond to customer requirements
Manage the development of current and future features, user stories, and requirements while evaluating their potential and practicality by analyzing customer needs
Collaborate with the UX design and Info dev teams to own the customer experience with the product
Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation, design, development, launch, end-of-life and migration
Manage the product backlog and recommend alternative technical approaches to meet design requirements when needed
Participate in development, testing, and deployment reviews to assure requirements are being properly addressed
Product demonstration and training for the field, operational teams and critical customers
Act as a leader within the company; help drive product innovation into the corporate culture
What We Are Looking For:
Strong PM experience: 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager or a customer-facing role as a domain expert in an enterprise product environment with proven capability of leading product initiative across various stakeholders (both internal and external)
Domain Knowledge: Good experience in Cyber security, preferably in Threat Intelligence and related areas. Should have hands-on experience with building & shipping products in these domains.Can credibly challenge and validate product decisions with practitioners
Applied AI Product Experience: Has shipped AI/ML-powered features and not just managed roadmaps around them. Understands fundamentals related to model tradeoffs, latency, hallucination risk, evaluation pipelines, and what "AI-native" means in a security product context
Startup execution mindset: Thrives in ambiguity with minimal process scaffolding. Leverages AI wherever applicable for the entire PDLC and can write their own PRDs, run customer discovery, define success metrics, and ship iteratively while collaborating with Engineering, GTM and Sales
Customer Obsession: Understands the security buyer & user journey including SOC analysts, CTI leads, CISOs, and the procurement nuances. Can translate practitioner pain into product value props that close enterprise deals and retain customers long-term
Metrics & data driven mindset: Is data & metrics driven and makes hard tradeoff decisions using usage data, NPS signals, win/loss patterns, etc. Comfortable with ambiguous data and uses frameworks to help guide
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
UX and/or User Interface Design skills will be a key plus
A technical bachelor’s degree and MBA preferred
