The team thrives on solving complex positioning challenges, launches, and briefs where alignment is difficult, turning them into compelling visual narratives.
Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Video Editor at Studio Mürb. The Video Editor will work closely with the production and creative teams to edit video content for brand films, ad films, social media, and campaign assets. Daily responsibilities include organizing raw footage, assembling rough cuts, refining pacing and storytelling, and applying transitions, graphics, and effects aligned with brand guidelines. The role also involves basic to advanced color grading, sound sync and cleanup, and exporting deliverables in multiple formats for digital platforms. The Video Editor will collaborate with producers, designers, and copywriters, respond to feedback efficiently, and maintain a consistent visual style across projects while meeting deadlines.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Video Editing and Video Production skills, with experience handling end-to-end post-production workflows.
Candidates should possess Video Color Grading skills, including basic correction and creative grading to match brand and campaign aesthetics.
Candidates should possess Motion Graphics and Graphics skills to create titles, lower-thirds, simple animations, and visual enhancements for video content.
Candidates should be proficient in industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects).
Candidates should demonstrate strong visual storytelling, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret creative briefs into compelling video outputs.
Candidates should be comfortable working independently in a remote environment, managing multiple projects, and collaborating with cross-functional creative teams.
Experience in agency or brand-side content production, familiarity with social media formats and platform-specific requirements, and a portfolio showcasing relevant work are highly beneficial.
