Skillemme is looking for a Growth Lead who wants to be part of building something.

Our conversations are with HR leaders, L&D heads, CHROs and business leaders.
And you will be at the heart of those conversations.
What will you do?
Your role will be to help Skillemme discover and build new relationships with organisations.
You will:
Research interesting companies and identify the right people to connect with.
Reach out to HR, L&D and business leaders through calls, LinkedIn and email.
Start meaningful conversations and understand what organisations are looking for.
Discover opportunities where Skillemme can create value.
Set up conversations with our Founder and senior team.
Follow up, nurture relationships and help move conversations forward.
Keep track of your conversations, opportunities and progress.
Participate in webinars, events and other initiatives that help Skillemme build its community.
Learn about the world of B2B business, HR, L&D, technology and capability building.
