Role Description
We are looking for an Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.
The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career engineering professionals interested in working across Production, Maintenance, Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Utilities, Projects, Quality, Automation, Reliability, and Manufacturing Operations.
The Engineer will work closely with production, maintenance, process, quality, utilities, projects, safety, procurement, stores, and other plant teams to support safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations.
Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Instrumentation, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in engineering, production, maintenance, process, utilities, projects, manufacturing, quality, automation, or related roles can apply.
Candidates currently working as Engineer, Graduate Engineer, Junior Engineer, Plant Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Production Engineer, Process Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Project Engineer, Utility Engineer, or Quality Engineer are encouraged to apply.
Candidates from manufacturing, food processing, FMCG, chemical, pharmaceutical, automotive, cement, steel, energy, packaging, engineering, agro-processing, or other process industries are welcome.
Basic to good understanding of engineering principles, industrial equipment, manufacturing processes, maintenance, and plant operations.
Familiarity with preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment inspection will be beneficial.
Understanding of pumps, motors, gearboxes, compressors, conveyors, boilers, utilities, electrical systems, or process equipment will be an advantage depending on the candidate’s discipline.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, P&IDs, equipment manuals, layouts, and technical specifications.
Exposure to SAP, ERP, CMMS, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, PLC/SCADA, MS Excel, or other engineering tools will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
Exposure to equipment installation, commissioning, shutdowns, maintenance, plant projects, or process-improvement activities will be an advantage.
Internship, industrial training, plant project, academic project, workshop experience, or manufacturing exposure will be considered but is not mandatory.
Good analytical, technical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication, documentation, and coordination abilities.
Ability to work effectively with engineers, technicians, operators, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Willingness to work in an on-site manufacturing environment and shifts if required.
Strong focus on safety, quality, equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
