Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Online Sales & Marketplace Executive to manage and optimize the company's online business across platforms such as Zomato and Swiggy. The role involves handling online sales data, maintaining accurate records in Excel, analyzing sales trends, coordinating with marketplace support teams, managing advertisements, and ensuring smooth communication between platform representatives and restaurant managers. The role also covers day-to-day management of the brands' Google Business Profiles. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical ability, good Excel skills, and hands-on experience in handling food delivery marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and manage online sales across Swiggy and Zomato for multiple restaurant brands.
• Collect and maintain sales data from delivery platforms and organize it in Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Analyze sales performance and identify trends to support better decision-making.
• Manage and update restaurant listings, menus, and operational details on Swiggy and Zomato.
• Coordinate with platform representatives regarding advertisements, offers, listings, and issue resolution.
• Implement and monitor platform ads and promotional campaigns to improve visibility and sales.
• Communicate with restaurant managers to resolve platform-related issues and ensure smooth online
operations.
• Handle the Google Business Profiles of all outlets, including monitoring and responding to reviews, keeping listing details and photos updated, and reporting on ratings and feedback.
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of Zomato and Swiggy restaurant partner portals.
• Good command of MS Excel, including sorting, filtering, formulas, pivot tables, and basic reporting.
• Ability to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities from sales data.
• Familiarity with Google Business Profile and online review management.
• Good communication skills for dealing with platform representatives and internal teams.
Requirements:
• Graduate in any discipline, preferably with business, commerce, or management background.
• Prior experience in online food delivery operations, marketplace management, e-commerce, or restaurant business preferred.
• Experience in performance marketing or platform ads will be an added advantage.
