Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) to oversee day-to-day hotel/villa operations and ensure excellent guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate must come from a strong hospitality background with proven experience in operations, guest handling, team management, and maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the General Manager in managing overall property operations.
Supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and other operational departments.
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the property.
Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
Handle guest concerns, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Lead, motivate, and manage operational teams effectively.
Monitor staff performance, grooming, discipline, and service standards.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless operations.
Monitor property standards, cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
Support revenue generation, cost control, and operational efficiency.
Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
Assist in staff training, recruitment, and performance management.
Ensure company policies and hospitality standards are consistently followed.
Candidate Requirements
Strong previous experience in the hospitality industry is mandatory.
Prior experience in a hotel, resort, luxury villa, or similar hospitality property.
Strong knowledge of hotel/villa operations and guest relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Professional personality with a guest-centric approach.
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
Immediate joiners or candidates who can join at short notice are preferred.
