Role Description
The Influencer Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of influencer campaigns, including identifying potential creators, managing outreach, and coordinating collaborations. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching relevant influencers, maintaining databases, assisting with briefs and communication, and tracking campaign performance and content deliverables. The role also involves helping with social media activities, gathering analytics, preparing reports, and supporting cross-functional teams such as marketing and brand partnerships. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring close collaboration with team members and active participation in meetings and brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications
Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media platforms, and creator ecosystems.
Solid research and organizational skills, including the ability to maintain accurate records of influencers and campaigns.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for outreach, follow-ups, and internal coordination.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, campaign metrics, and analytics tools.
Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project management platforms).
Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage time well, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Creativity and attention to detail when reviewing content, drafting briefs, and suggesting ideas.
Relevant academic background in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
