Must Have:
trong experience in ServiceNow Development.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules.
Expertise in:
Risk Management
Policy & Compliance Management
Audit Management
Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
Operational Risk Management
Strong knowledge of:
JavaScript
Glide API
Flow Designer
IntegrationHub
Business Rules
Script Includes
UI Policies
ACLs
Experience with CMDB, ITSM, and ServiceNow platform architecture.
Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
Good to Have:
Experience with Security Operations (SecOps) and Vulnerability Response.
Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with security and governance tools.
Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and enterprise risk management practices.
Exposure to cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Essential:
Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions based on business requirements.
Develop and customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer components.
Configure and support:
Policy and Compliance Management
Risk Management
Audit Management
Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
Operational Risk Management
Authority Documents and Controls Framework
Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, and IntegrationHub.
Configure risk indicators, control objectives, risk assessments, and compliance frameworks.
Support compliance initiatives aligned with standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS, and COBIT.
Create dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics for risk and compliance tracking.
Perform platform upgrades, enhancements, and release management activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow IRM-related issues.
Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Security, Audit, and Business stakeholders.
Minimum Qualification
15 years of full-time education
Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
