Roles & Responsibilities
✅ Handle inbound sales queries and provide accurate information regarding products, services, and order-related requests
✅ Resolve general customer queries, including address changes, order modifications, lock code requests/issues, and other order-related concerns within the defined scope
✅ Manage delivery scheduling requests by coordinating with the relevant teams to ensure timely execution
✅ Attend to pickup-related inbound queries and facilitate appropriate resolutions or next steps
✅ Raise tickets and coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders for customer issues that fall outside the L1 scope of support
✅ Ensure timely communication and regular updates to customers throughout the resolution process to maintain a seamless customer experience
✅ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, customer requests, and actions taken in the designated systems
✅ Escalate unresolved or high-priority concerns in accordance with established escalation protocols
✅ Contribute towards achieving customer satisfaction goals by delivering prompt, professional, and customer-centric support
Preferred Skills
✔️ Must have completed graduation.
✔️ Strong verbal and written communication skills
✔️ Customer-first approach with good problem-solving abilities
✔️ Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Basic proficiency in using spreadsheets, ticketing tools, and communication platforms
✔️ Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving processes and responsibilities
