We're now looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can own utilisation of our rental inventory across every city we operate in.
🛠️ Role Description :
SharePal is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to run Google Ads, Meta Ads, and retention marketing with one clear mandate — keep every SKU rented, everywhere we operate.
• Every product we own is a depreciating asset sitting in a city
• Idle inventory isn't a missed sale — it's a cost
• ROAS and CAC are levers here, not the goal
✅ Key Responsibilities :
📊 Read the weekly utilisation report by SKU × city — not just in aggregate — and identify cold combinations early.
🔍 Diagnose whether an underperforming SKU is a visibility, budget, catalogue, or retention problem.
🎯 Act by pulling the right lever across Google Ads, Meta Ads, catalogue, or lifecycle channels (WhatsApp, Email, WebEngage).
🔁 Review the following week to confirm whether the diagnosis and lever worked, and iterate where it didn't.
📈 Manage campaigns across Google (Search, Shopping, PMax, AI Max) and Meta (incl. Advantage+ Shopping), and track performance via Zoho Analytics.
🗣️ Share regular updates on utilisation trends, CAC, and ROAS with the Demand Gen Lead.
🎓 Requirements :
• Must have completed graduation.
• 1–4 years of hands-on experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads — strong instincts matter more than seniority.
• Comfortable reading data every week and drawing your own conclusions from it.
• A real diagnostic instinct — you know which lever to pull, and when, not just "spend more."
• Understands that in rental, utilisation beats any single conversion event.
• Prior experience in rental, D2C, or performance-marketing-heavy roles will be an added advantage.
