Role Description The Structural Project Engineer – Dairy is a full-time, on-site role based in India, responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing structural works for dairy facilities and related infrastructure. This role includes preparing structural designs and calculations, reviewing drawings, coordinating with civil and construction teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. The engineer will monitor site activities, conduct structural inspections, and work closely with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain quality, safety, and timelines. Daily tasks involve addressing technical issues on site, supporting masonry and structural construction activities, and preparing progress reports and documentation. The role also requires collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize structural solutions and support successful project delivery.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Structural Engineering and Structural Analysis skills, with experience in designing and reviewing structures for industrial or dairy projects.
Candidates should possess Civil Engineering skills, including familiarity with construction methods, materials, and relevant codes and standards.
Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Masonry and related construction techniques used in building dairy and industrial facilities.
Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, coordination with cross-functional teams, and oversight of site execution.
Relevant bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent), with experience in industrial or dairy sector projects preferred.
Proficiency in structural design and analysis software, and ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills, with a focus on safety, quality, and compliance.
Ability to work on-site, collaborate with diverse teams, and manage multiple tasks within project timelines.
