About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-driven Product & Automation Strategist who can drive business efficiency and growth through AI-led automation, financial modeling, and strategic insights.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Operations, and Business Strategy, and will play a key role in building scalable systems, evaluating tools, and creating ROI-driven business models for brands.
Key Responsibilities
1. Automation & AI Implementation
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new AI tools for business automation
Build and optimize workflows across sales, operations, and marketing
Reduce manual effort and improve efficiency through automation
Work with tools like Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion AI, ChatGPT APIs, etc.
2. Financial Modeling & ROI Creation
Build detailed ROI models for brands and franchise businesses
Create financial projections (revenue, cost, profitability)
Support business scaling decisions using data-backed insights
Customize models for Tier 1, Tier 2, and different business formats
3. Industry & Market Research
Conduct deep-dive research across industries, competitors, and market trends
Analyze financial benchmarks, pricing models, and expansion strategies
Convert research into actionable business recommendations
4. Data Analysis & Insights
Analyze operational and business data to identify growth opportunities
Build dashboards, reports, and insights for leadership
Track performance metrics and suggest optimizations
5. Product Thinking & Execution
Identify gaps in current processes and design scalable solutions
Work closely with founders/leadership on strategic initiatives
Own end-to-end execution of automation and process improvements
Required SkillsStrong analytical & problem-solving ability
Experience in financial modeling / ROI / projections
Hands-on with AI tools & automation platforms
Strong research & structured thinking ability
Good understanding of business operations
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
Basic understanding of APIs / integrations (good to have)
Ideal Candidate Profile
1–4 years experience (startup / consulting / product / analytics background preferred)
Someone who enjoys solving messy business problems
High ownership and execution mindset
