Deep understanding of LLM, RAG and integration architecture
Good Communication and Presentation Skills
3+ Years Experience in Presales Automation solution architect role
3+ Years’ Experience with Conversational AI, Gen AI solutions (Any one)
1+ Years’ Experience with Agentic AI framework
Experience working as an IT Operation Automation Solution Architect for minimum of 3 years using market leading Conversational AI, DEX tools, AIOps solution
Experience working in IT Operation project (Infra Ops or App Ops)
About the Role
Solution Architect to draft robust automation solution for the customer to understand the pain area and problem statement shared by the customer.
