GoForSys Technologies is an IT services and technology company focused on delivering innovative digital solutions to businesses. We are looking for a motivated SEO Intern who is eager to learn, experiment, and gain hands-on experience working on real SEO projects and live websites.
Job Overview:
As an SEO Intern, you will support our SEO and digital marketing activities, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, competitor analysis, content research, reporting, and backlink research. You will also get exposure to AI-powered SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
This is an excellent opportunity for students and fresh graduates who want to build a career in SEO and Digital Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct keyword research and identify relevant search opportunities.
Assist with on-page SEO, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking.
Optimize website content according to target keywords and search intent.
Perform basic technical SEO checks, including indexing, crawlability, broken links, redirects, sitemaps, and robots.txt.
Assist with backlink research and off-page SEO activities.
Analyze competitor websites and identify SEO opportunities.
Research blog topics and support SEO content planning.
Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, impressions, clicks, and other SEO metrics.
Prepare basic SEO reports and maintain SEO tracking sheets.
Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and SEO industry trends.
Assist in AI SEO, AEO, GEO, and AI Search Optimization activities.
Work closely with the marketing and content teams to support SEO campaigns.
Requirements:
Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
Understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO concepts.
Basic knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
Understanding of keyword research and search intent.
Good research and analytical skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
Good written English and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn SEO tools, technologies, and new techniques.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
