Job Overview
We are looking for a Graphic Designer with 5–6 years of professional experience who can independently handle creative projects from concept to final design. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, excellent visual communication skills, and experience creating graphics for digital platforms, social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and branding.
Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality graphics for social media, websites, blogs, advertisements, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
Develop creative concepts and visual designs based on project requirements and brand guidelines.
Design social media posts, banners, promotional creatives, infographics, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
Create website graphics, UI visuals, landing page creatives, and digital marketing assets.
Work closely with the marketing, SEO, HR, and business development teams to understand design requirements.
Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colors, layouts, and visual identity across all designs.
Edit and enhance images, photographs, and existing creative assets.
Create designs for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
Develop presentation decks and professional business documents when required.
Design creative assets for company events, announcements, campaigns, and internal communications.
Stay updated with current graphic design, branding, social media, and digital marketing trends.
Manage multiple design projects and deliver work within deadlines.
Take ownership of projects from initial concept through final delivery.
Incorporate feedback and make design revisions as required.
Requirements
5–6 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Excellent creative and conceptual thinking.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into effective visual designs.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong portfolio demonstrating professional design work.
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
Required Design Tools
Strong proficiency in relevant design tools such as:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe InDesign
Canva
Figma
Knowledge of additional tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other video/motion graphics software will be an advantage.
