We're Hiring: Client Servicing Executive
We're looking for a Client Servicing Executive who can build strong client relationships and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for brand clients.
Manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
Understand client objectives and deliver effective campaign solutions.
Monitor campaign performance and share reports with clients.
Build long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive communication.
Requirements
6 Months - 2 years of experience in Client Servicing or Account Management within an Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Advertising agency.
English fluency: Excellent written and verbal English communication is mandatory, given the client-facing nature of the role.
Relevant digital exposure: Candidates with experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, social media management, and Meta Business Suite will be preferred.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing multiple campaigns and clients.
Good understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
