About the Role :
We are looking for a Manager Analytics with 5 to 6 years of experience, preferably in FinTech, Digital Lending, NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services. The candidate will lead the Analytics function, manage a growing team, and work closely with business and leadership teams to drive data-led decision-making.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the Analytics team, including hiring, mentoring, performance management, and team development.
- Build and scale a high-performing analytics function in a fast-growing environment.
- Develop dashboards, MIS, KPIs, and analytics frameworks for business and management.
- Analyse key business areas such as acquisition, credit, disbursement, collections, portfolio performance, and profitability.
- Work closely with Business, Credit, Risk, Collections, Product, and Technology teams to solve business problems through data.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks and present actionable insights to senior management.
- Automate recurring reports and improve the efficiency and accuracy of analytics processes.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across reports and dashboards.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 5 to 6 years of experience in Analytics / Business Analytics / Data Analytics.
- Prior experience in FinTech, Digital Lending, NBFC, or Financial Services preferred.
- Proven experience in team management and building/growing analytics teams.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
