About Role
Kick-start your recruitment career with Snabbit! We’re looking for a curious, proactive intern to support hiring across non-tech roles. You’ll work closely with our Talent Acquisition team and gain hands-on experience throughout the hiring process.
What you’ll do
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial conversations to assess candidate fit.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Keep hiring trackers updated and ensure timely candidate communication.
Support offer follow-ups, candidate engagement, and joining coordination.
What we’re looking for
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
A willingness to learn, take initiative, and own your work.
Availability for the full 6-month, in-office internship in Bangalore.
