We’re Hiring | HR Executive
Iklavya India Tech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Executive to join our growing HR team.
Location: Noida Sector 2
Job Type:Full-Time | Work From Office
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Experience: 0–1 Year | Freshers with relevant HR internship experience can apply
### Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Foundit, Apna, Job Hai, Cutshort and other job portals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• Work on internal hiring as well as client requirements
• Manage onboarding and joining formalities
• Maintain recruitment trackers, attendance and HR records
• Assist with Offer Letters, Experience Letters, Relieving Letters and other HR documentation
• Coordinate with colleges and placement cells for internship/fresher hiring
• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement activities
### Requirements
• 0–1 year of experience in HR/Recruitment
• Freshers with relevant **HR/Recruitment internship experience** are welcome
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals will be preferred
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
