Role Description The HR Recruitment Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This position supports the recruitment lifecycle by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting with initial candidate communication. The intern helps coordinate interview logistics, maintain candidate databases, and update recruitment trackers to ensure timely hiring. Day-to-day responsibilities also include assisting with onboarding and basic training coordination, supporting HR documentation, and contributing to employer branding initiatives. The role offers exposure to modern recruitment practices in a fast-paced, creator-focused environment and requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
Qualifications
Recruiting and Hiring skills to support candidate sourcing, shortlisting, and selection processes.
Interviewing and Communication skills to engage with candidates professionally and represent the organization effectively.
Training and onboarding support skills to help coordinate orientation and basic learning activities for new team members.
Strong organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple openings, schedules, and HR records.
Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace and comfort using recruitment platforms or HR tools.
Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain confidentiality.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
Interest in influencer marketing and the creator economy is an advantage.
