Salesforce Technical Architect (Omni Studio + Health Cloud)

Responsibilities:
Lead Salesforce solution design and implementation for Provider Network Management (PNM).
Work with business, provider, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Ensure performance, scalability, documentation, and best practices.
Support releases, integrations, and mentor team members.
Mandatory Skills
10+ years of Salesforce experience with Salesforce Architecture expertise.
Strong hands-on experience in Omni Studio (Omni Scripts, Data Raptors, Flex Cards, Integration Procedures).
Experience with Chainable Integration Procedures (IP).
Strong expertise in Bulk Data Processing, Queueable Apex, and Batch Apex.
Salesforce Health Cloud experience is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of Provider Network Management (PNM) and provider lifecycle processes (Recruiting, Credentialing, Contracting, Onboarding).
Understanding of PNM objects, data models, APIs, and integrations.
Experience optimizing Omni Studio solutions for performance and scalability.
Strong knowledge of healthcare standards such as HIPAA and HL7.
