Excellent Management skills and ability to lead by example.
Writing award-winning copy should come naturally to you. But before that, commercial art should be intrinsic to your thinking.
Ability to juggle multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Should have an understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.
Direct understanding of time vs costs vs deadlines.
Participate in client presentations, pitches when requirements happen
The role needs you to work closely with the Head of Creative Strategy, Group Account Manager, Co-Founders and other team leads to help push the creative boundaries of the agency output for existing clients and new business opportunities.
This role also needs you to work on pitches if needed.
