CA Article Assistant

We are looking to hire CA Article Trainees to join our growing GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) Service Line.
This is an opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, IFC, Compliance, Process Reviews and Digital Transformation Initiatives while working with diverse clients and experienced professionals.
Responsibilities:
Hands-on execution of Internal Audits and process reviews
Direct interaction with process owners and client teams
Exposure to risk assessment walkthroughs, control testing and remediation
Practical experience in IFC, ERM Compliance, SOPs and Process Audits
Opportunity to work on Fraud Investigations, Forensic Reviews, Mystery Shopping and Data Analytics
Exposure to diverse industries and international clients
Direct learning and interaction with senior professionals and leadership
Requirements:
Strong understanding of Accounting, Auditing and Financial Reporting concepts
Keen interest in Internal Audit, Risk Management and Governance
Ability to understand business processes, risks, SOPs and controls
Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
Strong communication, presentation and report-writing skills
Willingness to travel to client locations
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
