About the role :
MovieMe is an early-stage pay-per-minute streaming startup. We're looking for someone
to sit close to the founder and help turn ideas into decisions and decisions into execution.
This isn't a scheduling-and-inbox job. You'll research markets, build strategy decks, chase
down data, and then actually execute on what you recommend.
What you'll do
● Research: market trends, competitor moves, potential partnerships, whatever the business needs answered fast.
● Strategy & planning: turn research into recommendations, build the plan, flag the risks
● Execution: own the follow-through, don't just hand off a plan and walk away
● Cross-functional coordination across product, growth, and operations
● Represent the founder's office in conversations with vendors, partners, and candidates where needed (travel involved)
Who you are
● Genuinely hungry to learn and grow, this matters more to us than years of experience
● Comfortable without a fixed process, you'll be figuring a lot of this out as you go
● Open to experimenting, trying things, and failing a few times before getting it right
● Sharp communicator who can hold a room and change someone's mind
● Bias to action, comfortable with ambiguity, doesn't wait to be told twice
● Strong with execution and operations, not just ideas
