Role Description The Human Resources Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, maintaining HR records, and supporting payroll and attendance processes. The Human Resources Executive will handle employee relations, address queries, support conflict resolution, and assist with performance management activities. The role includes implementing and updating HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting recruitment activities such as screening candidates and coordinating interviews. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with management to support training initiatives, employee engagement programs, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support strategic and operational HR activities.
Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including onboarding, documentation, HRIS or HR software, and coordination of payroll and benefits.
Skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to manage employee concerns, support engagement, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance requirements, including labor laws, company policies, and best practices in HR administration.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR tools or software; ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented setting.
