What makes the role meaty?
We are looking for a driven procurement professional to manage end-to-end Opex and Capex procurement for our Processing Centers, Delivery Centers and Offline Stores. The role requires strong stakeholder management, negotiation skills, vendor management capabilities, and the ability to ensure timely procurement while maintaining cost efficiency, compliance and operational effectiveness. Also have hands on experinece in :
Manage Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle for Opex requirements of processing center, Delivery centers & Offline stores.
Manage Capex requirement for miscellaneous items.
Create purchase requisitions and purchase orders in SAP.
Obtain and evaluate vendor quotations, conduct price negotiations, and finalize procurement terms.
Collaborate with site representatives and suppliers to ensure on-time material delivery.
Handle invoice processing, payment follow-ups, and reconciliation with Finance teams.
Oversee maintenance procurement for running retail stores, ensuring timely issue resolution and vendor service compliance.
Maintain accurate documentation for all procurement transactions and ensure audit and policy compliance.
Ensure effective communication and problem-solving across cross-functional teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
6–8 years of relevant experience in Opex procurement of large processing centers.
Hands-on experience with SAP for procurement transactions is a must.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
Prior experience in factory/processing center operation expenses procurement..
Knowledge of vendor management and contract administration.
Familiarity with compliance and documentation standards for procurement processes.
