Technical Solution Architect

As a Technical Solution Architect, you will be part of a cross-functional development team engineering
experiences of tomorrow. Your primary responsibility will be to work with the Go-to-Market organization to
generate and develop technical strategies and solutions for new and existing clients across our digital
services. You will play a key role in creating trusted partnerships, where tecHindustan delivers scalable
innovation and digital platforms tailored to the unique needs of various businesses.

Responsibilities
• Design and develop scalable technical solutions for web, mobile, and eCommerce platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices in software
development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
and architectural designs.
• Develop and maintain detailed architectural diagrams and technical documentation.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and
reliability of solutions.
• Work closely with development, DevOps, and business teams to ensure successful implementation of
technical solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies, recommending improvements to
existing systems.
• Provide technical expertise and solution support during the pre-sales process.
Requirements
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development and technical solution design.
• Strong backend development knowledge with hands-on experience in designing and developing robust
applications.
• Mandatory knowledge and practical experience with DevOps practices, tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and technical problem-solving.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical architectures and implementation
plans.
• Proficiency in visualizing and documenting solution designs and architecture.
• Good understanding of frontend and backend technologies, databases, APIs, and system integrations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical
and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong hands-on approach to technical challenges and troubleshooting.
Desirable• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies such as Docker and
Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with automated testing and modern software delivery practices.
• Experience supporting pre-sales activities, including solution presentations, technical proposals, and
client discussions.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
