Techno Functional Oracle Fusion Manager R2R
Location: Bangalore, KA
Experience: 8 10+ Years
Key Responsibilities
Lead Oracle Fusion Financials / Cloud ERP solution design, implementation, testing, and support for R2R.
Drive end-to-end implementation and configuration of GL, Fixed Assets, FAH, Project Accounting, and Intercompany.
Handle SLA, Multi-Org, MOAC, MRC, consolidation, translation & revaluation.
Design and support Oracle Fusion integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, XML and data mapping.
Develop/support OTBI and BI Publisher reports and templates.
Provide techno-functional solutions, gap analysis, process workflows, specifications, and post-production support.
Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams in an Agile environment.
Must-Have Skills
Strong Oracle Fusion Financials / R2R experience.
Hands-on experience in minimum 5 R2R modules.
Strong Oracle Fusion configuration & implementation experience.
PL/SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, Java, XML, Web Services.
Knowledge of OCI and Fusion integrations.
Experience with OTBI & BI Publisher.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and solution-design skills.
Preferred: Oracle EBS experience, cross-industry implementation experience, and strong technical consulting background.
