Role Descriptions: Resolve complex Apptio issues escalated from L1L2| Support core TBM modules such as budgeting and forecasting costing
Communicating with the third-party vendors (internal or external) as required.
Monitor and fix data load failures| ETL issues| mapping errors| and APIbased ingestion problems.
Support and enhance dashboards| reports| KPI views| and assist stakeholders in understanding financial outputs.
Maintain documentationSOPs and KEDBs as required.
Monitor system health| scheduled jobs| model run performance and collaborate with Apptio Support for platform-level fixes.
Work with TBM Office| IT Finance| CloudInfra teams| and ERPData teams to ensure accurate cost transparency.
Maintain data governance and ensure proper controls and documentation for financial models.
